Crisis & Risk Management
Crisis and Risk Management examines potential risks to identify how they can be either eliminated or neutralised.
So we are frequently contacted by organisations finding themselves in a situation that may present a risk to the health, welfare and safety of individuals.
During one May Day riot, our strategy focused on staff safety and providing intelligence to ensure demonstrators didn't gain access to our client's premises. See case history.
Or there are occasions when we are called in to save lives. Like the general manager of a hotel who was named as next in line after the owner of a neighbouring hotel was found with his throat cut. On that occasion, adopting the guise of air conditioning decontamination experts, we were able to set up a crisis centre, work with hotel staff and spirit them to safety. See case history.
On a day-to-day basis we work with our clients to:
- Assess threats and identify hazards.
- Implement strategies to maintain essential services in worst case scenarios and for evacuation planning.
- Minimise the negative impact should a crisis occur.
- Protect the best interests of key stakeholders.
Ask yourself: "If a situation arose in the next five minutes, how well prepared would we be?"
To check your preparedness try our Crisis & risk management check list. If you wish to discuss any of the issues it raises, an initial consultation implies no commitment to proceed and our discretion is assured.
