Security Systems:
it's about getting the right hardware

At least, that's what one of our clients learned. On purchasing an access control system for its buildings around the world, the multinational in question learnt that in many countries technical support for this type of secure entry system was unavailable.

So GSS was called in to set the situation to rights.

First, we did a full evaluation of real needs. Once new specifications were written we checked known international suppliers for a suitable product that could be supported globally. By not affiliating with any one contractor we had the full range of options to choose from, and our team soon sourced a reliable supplier.

After the new system was installed, and to ensure a smooth transfer to full stewardship and project ownership GSS also held training sessions for security and maintenance staff. Because experience has also taught us that even the best security equipment is only as good as those operating and managing it.
